One fall day I was confronted with a ghost from the past, as I tried to come to grips with what I was seeing I tried not to run from but to face my fears. A lasting haunting image is all that remains. A manifestation of an experience on another plane of existence, the difference being this day I captured something on film that represented the feeling I had experienced. The distance of time and space leaving me here to remind of what I am.

Panther Falls are located in George Washington National Forest near Buena Vista, Virginia.  The falls are a popular attraction for outdoor recreationist and enthusiast for their swimming and hiking opportunities. There are several natural rock formations for people who want to dive and jump into the deep pools.  

Devil's Marbleyard is a geologic feature within the James River Face Wilderness in Virginia. The hike from Belfast Creek is roughly one mile of moderate climbing and leads to amazing views of the Blue Ridge mountains and The Devil's Marbleyard.
